Cardiologist, Dr. Robert Brown, has provided his expert recommendations for maintaining cardiovascular health and a balanced lifestyle by adding exercise to your routine.
Dr. Brown’s Recommendations:
We all require 150 minutes per week of moderate aerobic activity. These activities could include: working out, jogging, swimming or even cycling! This adds up to 30-minute of non-stop aerobic activity for 5 days per week, but can be divided into different lengths of time throughout the week to fit your lifestyle!
Some of the many benefits of a program like this include:
1. Reduction of body fat
2. Improved blood sugar condition
3. Improved blood pressure & cholesterol control
4. Improved mood and reduction of anxiety
5. Reduce your risk of heart attack, stroke and even pre mature death
